Whilst at BDP Kevin developed a high level master-plan to identify priority projects required to improve the Royal Albert Hall (RAH) and maintain it’s competitive edge against other more contemporary event and concert venues.

The Priority Projects included: Auditorium Heating and Cooling; Relocation of the West Arena Stair; Extension to the south west quadrant; Artists Bar. Across a 5 year period key priority projects were executed and completed in time for the RAH 150 anniversary in 2021.

The space planning involved a complex reshuffle in several phases to re configure the use of spaces and ensure the RAH remained operational throughout construction. Delivered with BDP.
